We request you to kindly check the ornaments before taking the delivery, verify the gold weight, hallmarking logo.

We are not responsible for any damage after delivery of the product, in case of any damage the repair charges will have to be borne by the client.

For certified diamond solitaires, please verify your certificate number on the girdle of the diamond. Original diamond certificate has to be preserved by the client, in case if you lose it, the new certification charges will have to be borne by you.

If any diamond falls off from the jewellery we are not responsible, we will fix the new diamond at the prevailing charge.

We are purchasing all jewellery from various manufactures / karigars across the country, all the weights mentioned in the invoice are given to us by the manufacturer / karigar, in case of dismantling of the product there can be some variation in the weights, however at the time of exchange / buyback we assure to consider the same net weights mentioned in the invoice. For further clarity please speak to the concerned sales person, general manager, director / partner.

After any purchase of our jewellery, if you have any confusion / misunderstanding about the quality / rate / weight etc , by any means / opinion, we will not entertain / accept any allegation, in such case we may only offer to take the product back as per our buy back policy.

Gold Rate – As per the existing selling rate of the respective gold Purity (No Deduction) Labour ( Making Charges ) – 100 %  Deduction as per charged in the invoice.

Color Stone, pearls & other charges – 100 %  deduction
